As I documented exhaustively – and exhaustingly – in my previous poast, the recent “пиздел” from Ornj Boi is nothing short of a complete nonsense, from start to finish. Nothing about it makes any particular kind of sense. It is all held together with sticky-tape and chewing gum, and was apparently written under the illusion that the West still has serious leverage over Russia.
All the evidence to the contrary – and there is MOUNTAINS of it, by this point – shows us that the Russians are supremely unimpressed by the shenanigans happening in the FUSA right now. If anything, they recognise an uncomfortable parallel between the late-stage gerontocracy that brought down the Soviet Union – thereby severely harming Russia itself – and the total clown show that is the ‘Murkin goobermint right now.
And that is before we get to the bizarre insistence that Ornj Boi has for meddling in matters that simply do not concern him.
The FUSA has no business whatsoever intervening around the world – least of all in the backyards of genuine superpowers, like Russia and China. The Russians have given the FUSA a severe bloody nose in Ukraine – and can do much worse. The Chinese have definitively established near-shore dominance in the South and East China Seas, and their rapidly expanding Navy appears set to challenge the American supercarrier fleets in the very near future, in numbers if not in quality.
Instead of taking a rational and cold-blooded look at the increasingly obvious limitations on American power, however, the ‘Murkins appear insistent on trying to double and triple and quadruple down on stupidity. This is why we see American meddling and double-dealing occurring everywhere.
That, in and of itself, is nothing new, really. American hegemonic rule has never accepted rivals or alternatives, at any point in the last thirty years. What is new, however, is the exceptionally transactional nature of the current version.
With Drumpf, everything has a price. Everything can be bought and sold in the short term. That seems to be his entire way of thinking. He seems to believe – really and truly – that nations can sell off their national interests for the right amount of money.
This might work with certain cultures – Arabs, especially, come to mind. But with others, that have millennia-long histories, this tactic does not work.
That is why the current American strategy of trying to break apart the Sino-Russian Alliance are doomed to failure. The Americans seem to think they can buy off the Russians with bribes and gifts – when, in reality, Russia and China have had excellent relations dating back some 300 years, and each is a civilisation-state with a history in excess of a thousand years in length.
To put that into perspective, the Russian-Chinese diplomatic relationship is older than the whole of the United States of America. And the USA, as far as I can tell, does not have in and of itself a true national culture. I can say that with some authority, given that I lived in the US for 12 years, and have travelled across large parts of the country.
Modern America resembles nothing so much as a Frankenstein’s Monster, made up of many disparate parts – and they are all in a state of advanced immune system rejection.
Doomberg, who is one of the most interesting economic and geopolitical commentators out there – how could he not be, given that he appears on YouTube videos with a giant green chicken as his avatar – contends that the FUSA has been in a state of low-grade civil war, for a very long time. I agree with this assessment. Indeed, when historians look back after the collapse of the FUSA and its eventual disintegration, they will probably argue that it constituted possibly the longest-running civil war in recorded history.
There is no strategy, no doctrine, and no realistic assessment of the global geopolitical situation. There is only endless war, money printing, welfare, dysfunction, and mass migration. And sitting on top of it all, is a way of thinking that considers everything to be a tradeable commodity – including honour, sovereignty, and national pride.
To see this is to weep, really.
(As you may be able to tell from my rather cranky tone today, I am short on sleep and long on irritation at stupid people – in my personal case, with neighbours who do not know how to keep their yapping German shedders quiet at night. I love dogs, but I do not like dog owners who do not know how to discipline their pets.)
Anyway, let us put all that aside and get to the lovely lady of the week.
