This hour-long press conference from two doctors in California has gone – pardon the pun – viral over the past few days. There are several different versions of it out there. The one that I watched was from our friends over at Blue Collar Logic has some major issues with the audio. This version has cleaned-up audio and is much easier to listen to.

Take an hour out of your day and listen to this all the way through. It simply consists of two experienced, skilled, talented doctors and businessmen who know what the hell they’re talking about, discussing very calmly and rationally the publicly available data about the Kung Flu:

OK, first things first:

After watching that, I wanted to shoot every last dumbass journo-hack in that room. Not one of them ever appears on camera, but the sheer stupidity of their questions, the idiocy in their insistence in playing “gotcha”, and the transparency of their attempts to pit the two doctors in question against Dr. Anthony Fauci, are absolutely infuriating. It’s almost as if you have to get a mandatory lobotomy in order to become a member of the whorenalist class these days.

I’m well past the point of pretending that a free press exists anywhere in the Western world anymore, especially in the USA. There is simply no point in carrying on with that illusion. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: shoot ALL of the journalists who work for the lying (((media))). These people are utterly contemptible lying hacks, they are traitors to their nations and their people, and they deserve not one ounce of compassion, sympathy, or help.

Tangentially, it is with considerable delight that I observe that the ongoing massacres at various “news” companies have simply accelerated thanks to Corona-chan. There truly does not seem to be anything that this avenging angel of Nurgle’s wrath cannot do.

(By the way, there no point in pretending that free speech exists in the Western world either. The entire concept is a misnomer. The whole point of “Free Speech” laws was to undermine the anti-blasphemy laws that prevented people from attacking the God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Church. Those laws are still on the books in many countries, and it is well past time that they were enforced. The point of a free press is to hold leaders and people accountable for their actions and choices – which is a duty that the whorenalist classes abandoned decades ago when they chose to become Lucifer’s mouthpieces instead.)

Back to the matter at hand:

The evidence presented by the two doctors is based entirely on publicly available data. The statistics that they are using all come from CDC and WHO numbers. This makes them intrinsically suspect; the conduct of both organisations throughout the current Kung Flu pandemic has shown quite clearly that neither can be trusted. But those are the numbers, and any rational conclusions made about the crisis must be based on whatever data are available right now.

The two doctors basically took whatever data were available on COVID-19 testing, and then looked at the proportion of people tested in various countries who turned up positive for COVID-19 antigens. They performed a very simple linear extrapolation to look at the total number of likely infected persons in the entire population.

You could argue that it is not valid to make a linear extrapolation by simply multiplying the total population by the total percentage of positive test results. That is in fact a fair argument. There are lots of problems with simply multiplying two numbers together like that to produce a third.

That being said – there is nothing particularly wrong with it, either, in methodological terms, if all we are interested in is an estimate.

And given the fact that we are dealing with epidemics and pandemics, in which it is simply not feasible to test every single member of the population, an estimate is sufficient.

The estimates that the two doctors come up with make it very clear that the mortality rate from the Kung Flu is about on par with that of a really bad seasonal flu. And that has been known for at least two of the last six months.

In light of this evidence and analysis, there is simply no justification whatsoever for the massive national shutdowns that have stalled economic growth and plunged the entire world into the abyss of a colossal government-led shock contraction.

Indeed, when you consider the fact that we have vaccines for seasonal influenza, and that between 50% and 75% of the population in any Western country with widespread vaccine distribution simply will not get vaccinated in any given year, the Kung Flu may well be considerably LESS deadly than most seasonal flus. Quite obviously, the death rates from seasonal flus are kept suppressed by the presence of vaccines, and it is only in seasons when the vaccines are ineffective against a greater than normal number of flu strains that the death rates spike.

Furthermore, the evidence from the CDC’s own data indicate that there has been no severe spike in death rates in 2020, compared with the same point in 2019.

All of this points to one absolutely inescapable logical conclusion:

The shutdowns need to be lifted immediately, and proper quarantine measures, designed to keep the sick away from the healthy need to be implemented.

As the good doctors point out in their video, quarantines and exclusion measures are designed to keep sick people away from healthy people. When you find someone infected with measles, you quarantine  those people, and those that they came into contact with. But you don’t quarantine an entire population – that has rarely happened with any disease beyond the Black Death.

It is well past time for these insane shutdowns to end. Economic activity must resume. These insane closures which have destroyed the economies of entire nations, along with the hopes, dreams, businesses, and jobs of hundreds of millions of people, are absolutely unjustified.

Why are these lockdowns continuing, then?

This is a question that the good doctors made clear that they are not quite qualified to opine upon – but Dr. Erikson did provide a remarkably straightforward and honest answer.

It’s all about power.

In Singapore and South Korea and Taiwan, which operate under East Asian cultural rules and are therefore a whole hell of a lot more permissive about massive government intrusions into the lives of their citizens, citizens are basically tracked and monitored at all times. Singapore is a complete police state, in quite literal terms; I used to live down the road from a former High Court judge who once told my dad at a party that, if he ever needed to know what anyone in the country was up to at any given point in time, all he had to do was to ask for the security feed.

Living in a surveillance state is normal in those countries. It isn’t even remarkable at all in China, where their Orwellian “social credit system” completely determines whether or not you are allowed to live anything approaching a normal life.

But it was until recently absolutely unheard of in the West for police drones to fly above you, monitor your physical proximity to other people, and issue loud warnings to you from above your head – or, worse yet, to fine you automatically for being in “breach” of quarantine rules.

Americans and other Westerners have given up unprecedented levels of power and freedom to their Benevolent Government Overlords, especially in blue states like New York and California. This was and remains a severe error in judgement, and those blue states are going to pay the price for their folly very soon.

Already, Americans in those blue states are rebelling against the governors and mayors who have put them under such unnecessary lockdowns. That is most heartening to see. In Britain, the country is returning back to work without the government getting a word in edgewise, because people are heartily sick of being told what to do and where to go.

In Russia, the streets of Moscow are busy again with life. A month ago the streets were basically deserted during the day due to the government’s orders to stay indoors, and a few weeks ago a new digital pass system was introduced in which Muscovites had to provide their home address, destination address, reason for travel, and public transit pass number to the authorities. If they did not comply, they could be fined and jailed for breaking quarantine rules – and yet, now that spring is well and truly underway, they are out on the streets in large numbers as businesses and shops start to reopen, and to hell with what the government says.

We are all going to be doing a lot of thinking and analysing about what we have seen and experienced during the Time of Suckage. It will be very interesting to watch what happens in America, in particular, as red and blue states reopen for business. As John Ringo pointed out in The Last Centurion – a prophetic book if there ever was one – in times of crisis and plague, it is high-trust homogeneous states in flyover country that tend to respond best of all.

That certainly appears to be the case right now. I strongly suspect that deep-red states like Georgia, Alabama, Texas, and Kentucky will recover much faster than deep-blue ones like New York, California, and Washington.

Partly that is because those red states were hit far less badly by the Kung Flu than the blue ones. But mostly it is because the governors and people of those states aren’t complete morons who think that “if it saves JUST ONE LIFE, it’s worth it” to shut down the entire damn economy.

It’s not worth destroying the lives and dreams of millions of young people just to save Granny and Pops. It’s not. That’s just the cold hard reality of life. This disease kills the old and infirm and mostly leaves the young and healthy relatively well enough alone.

It is well past time for this madness to end. The shutdowns must cease, and people must get back to work. Life will come roaring back once this government-mandated insanity is finally put to rest.
