It’s not often that I find myself thinking that the Poles are more sensible than the Germans. After all, in Germany, if you got done for speeding and lost your driver’s license, you WILL NOT drive. It does not matter whether you need to or not- you simply won’t do it. Germany is supposed to be the land of laws and sensibility.

I mean, except for that one time that they decided to go backpacking through Europe back in the the late 1930s and early 1940s, but hey, everybody makes mistakes.

But in this case, the Pollacks have the right of it. Letting the goathumpers in through the borders is societal and cultural suicide.
