“We are Forerunners. Guardians of all that exists. The roots of the Galaxy have grown deep under our careful tending. Where there is life, the wisdom of our countless generations has saturated the soil. Our strength is a luminous sun, towards which all intelligence blossoms… And the impervious shelter, beneath which it has prospered.”

It is rather difficult at times to know what to make of Trump 2.0. On the one hand, the list of policy accomplishments we have seen thus far, is basically nothing like what we thought we would get back in November 2024.

The God-Emperor, as he was at that time, campaigned on a platform of non-interventionism, promoting peace, ending the war in Ukraine, and unwinding pointless and expensive foreign commitments, while building up a concept of “Fortress America”.

Nearly a year later, all we can say is that NONE of that has actually happened. Instead, we have gotten a whole lot of bluster, bloviating, hyperbole, nonsense, and over-the-top showmanship and spectacle. Put another way, it has been “a tale full of sound and fury, told by an idiot, signifying nothing”, as the line from Macbeth goes.

On the other hand… if we stand back from the long series of messes in which Angry Short Trump gets himself, we have to admit, this is the most entertaining and hilarious show of modern times.

Seriously, once you put aside the human cost – which is severe and terrible – of Drumpf’s seemingly irrational and increasingly unhinged series of apparently disconnected actions, and you just look at it in terms of sheer entertainment value, this whole spectacle is genuinely hilarious, at some level.

And nothing is funnier, more zany, more crazy, and more outright entertaining, than the whole Greenland Saga.

It used to be that the Danes would pillage and plunder and take money from everyone else. That was well over a thousand years ago – and as the Angles learned, to their great cost, “once you pay the Danegeld, you shall never be rid of the Dane”. Drumpf seems to be quite intent on turning that wisdom upside down, by gelding the Danes.

He is succeeding.

Those who have been paying attention, cannot but notice that Angry Short Trump has been throwing an increasingly erratic (and hilarious) series of Trumper Tantrums over a large hunk of frozen rock in the North Atlantic, whose population consists of less than 60,000 – they are probably outnumbered by the seals and polar bears up there, to be honest. The reasoning behind the tweet-storms apparently has to do with Greenland being essential for American national security, and for the formation of the truly ridiculous “Golden Dome” that Drumpf dreams of as America’s impenetrable missile defence shield.

Never mind that the FUSA cannot do missile defence worth a damn – as the PATRIOT PAC-3, NASAMS, and THAAD systems proved so thoroughly in the 404 War, and later during the Twelve Day War between Israel and Iran. And never mind that the US is not merely a few years behind the Iranians, Chinese, and especially Russians in this department – in fact, the FUSA is multiple DECADES behind the latter. The point is that Drumpf wants a quick win, and following hot on the heels of his stunt in Venezuela, Greenland represents that win.

His reasoning for seeking the capture of Greenland is specious, to say the least. He claims the Russians and Chinese want it. This is nonsense. The Russians already have more land than they can possibly use, and they control the lion’s share of the Arctic. The Chinese are too far away to project their power – nor are they interested in territorial acquisition, for their country is already almost too big for them to govern.

Not one of the reasons Drumpf gives for wanting Greenland, makes the least bit of sense. Indeed, the whole thing seems so nonsensical, that we might as well ascribe it to this catching his eye:

The “this” in question is Naja Mathilde Rosing, age 27-ish, from Nuuk, which apparently is the largest city in Greenland. (Given the entire population of Greenland amounts to essentially a mid-sized town in the US, that is not exactly much of a claim to fame.) As one of the members of my Telegram channel quipped, that is absolutely worth a war or two.

Somewhat more seriously, the true reason why Angry Short Trump wants Greenland, is because seizing it and making it part of the US, will cement his place in history as one of America’s greatest Presidents.

I am absolutely certain and quite serious about that. Think about it. The greatest American Presidents in the perceptions of the American people, have always been those who have preserved and expanded the American footprint – regardless of whether they were actually good Presidents or not. (Lincoln comes to mind – the absolute worst President in American history, by some distance, yet most Americans very stupidly lionise him.)

Taking Greenland, and making it a US Federal protectorate, will make Trump the greatest President of modern times. And that is what he cares about – his legacy.

Never mind that such a thing will be a disaster for the people of Greenland. They will not receive the benefits of statehood. They will instead become a Federal protectorate and territory, like Puerto Rico, without any rights of statehood, exploited for their natural resources and subsidised to the hilt.

One way or another, I think this WILL happen, because there is not ONE DAMNED THING anyone or anything can do to stop it. If anything, this entire hilariously stupid episode has exposed to the world the total impotence, fecklessness, and stupidity of the YURPEEN elites, to the point where they have descended into utter self-parody.

And that has been glorious to watch.

The Europeans have spent the past 4 years daemonising Russia and pretending that they can do without Russian energy. They have told their people that Russia is an evil nation, led by a wicked dictator, full of subhuman Slavs who should be isolated and starved to death. The European hatred of Russian Slavs is genetic, with certain rare and honourable exceptions, and the European peoples have allowed their leaders to play on that hatred.

Those same leaders spent the past 4 years cosying up to the Americans, deluding themselves into thinking that America is a reliable and good ally. They forgot the wisdom of that departed old monster, Henry Kissinger, who quite rightly said that “to be America’s enemy can be dangerous, but to be America’s friend is fatal”, or words to that effect.

The Europeans forgot their place. They thought they were allies and friends of America. They never were. Since the end of WWII, Europe is, and has always been, America’s slap-whore, its bitch, which the Yankees can easily bend over a barrel and anally rape with a stack of quarters as and when they wish. That is precisely what America is doing now, and there is NOTHING the YURPEENS can do about it.

Oh, they are putting on a brave face, to be sure. They are threatening tariffs and SANKSHUNS and trade blockades and all sorts of other nonsense. But this is all nonsense. In reality, America holds the pimp hand – because all Trump has to do, is to cut off all supplies of LNG to YURP. And then, the current economic decline in Europe will accelerate almost instantly into a collapse.

Europe, as I have said before, is LUNCH for America. The sooner the Europeans get used to it, the better.

There is nothing Denmark can do to stop Drumpf from taking over Greenland. Their entire military consists of basically a handful of fishing boats, some F-35s (for which the FUSA holds the off-switch), and a bunch of blue-haired faggots who act like… well, this:

OK, fine, that’s the NORWEGIAN army, but you get the point. The FUSA only needs to send in a single Marine Expeditionary Unit, and the Greenlanders and Danes will simply crap themselves and run away.

Trump is busy establishing the “Donroe Doctrine”, which is a hyper-muscular, and particularly showy, version of the old Monroe Doctrine. It consists almost entirely of shouting and threats, and very little actual substance. Taking Greenland will not, in the end, add anything of great economic value to the FUSA. There is no coherent strategy or thinking behind any of this. There is simply a philosophy – if one can call it that – of “Angry Orange Man-Child Wants, So He Gets”.

All the rare earth minerals under Greenland’s surface will require a serious programme of reindustrialisation of the American heartland. That is not happening under Trump. The ability to access the riches of the Arctic will require a serious icebreaker fleet, which America does not have – and indeed, it is decades behind the Russians in developing one. These problems cannot be solved overnight.

Nonetheless, Trump’s actions are refreshing in one aspect:

They put aside all pretence. There is not even the slightest hint of worrying about that idiotic “rules-based international order” that the neoliberals used to love talking about. That is deader than the dodo now. Today, the core philosophy is Lex Fortissimus – the Law of the Strong. Trump’s actions – showy, stupid, ill-thought-out, lacking in all substance, and monumentally silly though they are – simply are a manifestation of that philosophy, without any window dressing whatsoever.

Say what you will about Angry Short Trump – at least we can skip the pretence now.

As I wrote above, this show is HUGELY entertaining, and will continue to be so for a while, because it amounts to a total humiliation of Europe and the European elites. Will anything change anytime soon? No, because Europe is in a trap of its own making. There is zero hope for Europe to reindustrialise and rediscover its balls anytime within the next generation. It is doomed to irrelevance and obsolescence, while the rest of the world moves ahead without it. Europe will become the world’s largest open-air museum, full of Wakandans and Izzlamicks, without freedom, without independence, and without a voice.

Hey, you Europeans voted for this. And now, you are getting it – good and hard up the wrong end.

All that being said – this is also not what Americans voted for. This approach of taking whatever one wants, does not Make America Great Again. It simply entangles America in yet more foreign commitments, without any tangible long-term reward, and without serving any greater strategic objectives.

And we are only ONE YEAR into Trump 2.0.

It is going to be a very, very long 3 years of these ongoing shenanigans and nonsense.

  1. Odnam's Razor

(Lincoln comes to mind – the absolute worst President in American history, by some distance, yet most Americans very stupidly lionise him.)

to quibble, everyone in the US is fully indoctrinated into the cult of Lincoln from pre-school ( “Lincoln Logs” ) on. i’m sure those over-seas have gotten quite a bit of the Lincoln hagiography simply from watching US Civil War films. imagine that times 1000. i mean, Lincoln is on Rushmore, how are we supposed to critique him? and that’s been beaten into everyone’s head their whole damn life.

They will instead become a Federal protectorate and territory, like Puerto Rico, without any rights of statehood, exploited for their natural resources and subsidised to the hilt.

uh, that subsidizing is a BENEFIT. i worked at Miles Labs years ago, and while i was there Miles shut down major manufacturing facilities and transferred them to Puerto Rico … because of the federal tax abatements that were being offered.

in the balance of benefits calculation, i would suggest that the only real downside for Greenland is that transitioning to a US protectorate rather than a Danish protectorate might void their trade and open visa relationships with the EU countries. the US might not have formal responsibility to protect Greenland from hostile foreign powers but WE ALREADY HAVE BASES THERE so i’m highly doubtful that we’re going to just let the dreaded Russkis start occupying the place … assuming we have the ability to prevent them.

add anything of great economic value to the FUSA.

whether AGW really is a thing or not, i think it would be rather foolish to assume that there are no minerals, rare earths or petrochemicals to be found under that ice cap. and, given the amount of time and the bases that the US has had there over the years, i don’t think that there’s a better informed entity on the planet about these possible resources than the US .mil

and if in future years ( eons? ) the Arctic Ocean becomes a major shipping route, Trump is absolutely correct. whomever controls Greenland will have an absolute lock on the trade routes.

The Europeans have spent the past 4 years daemonising Russia and pretending that they can do without Russian energy.

yes, the Euro fags are now the primary impetus to continue propping up the Ukraine war and the primary impediment blocking Trump from ending the Ukraine war.

by nakedly grabbing both Maduro and Greenland, Trump kicks the legs out from underneath any remotely logical or principled pro-Ukie propaganda and leaves them screaming in the street about how “He didn’t use his turn signal, give him a ticket” levels of screeching.

what’s clear to me is that Trump has run into a hard limit on the constraints of his office vs the Derp State / Israel. what he may or may not want to do is kind of irrelevant. i believe this is why Trump is in a corner on Epstein. he went into office saying he was going to release everything, now he’s calling his base ridiculous for being upset that his administration is now fully involved in the cover up.

either Trump always was a Judas Goat and has been fully involved in the Satanic conspiracy from the beginning
    OR
there are hard limits on what he can accomplish or try to do before they just Kennedy him. and his family.
