“We are Forerunners. Guardians of all that exists. The roots of the Galaxy have grown deep under our careful tending. Where there is life, the wisdom of our countless generations has saturated the soil. Our strength is a luminous sun, towards which all intelligence blossoms… And the impervious shelter, beneath which it has prospered.”

Build your brothers up

Friends, you don’t need me to tell you that these are very dark, very strange, and very dangerous times. The world is an extraordinarily messed-up place, and it appears to be getting worse every single day. The Western world, in particular, appears to be hell-bent on destroying itself. The West promotes homosexuality, paedophilia, “critical race theory”, and a near-total abandonment of the simple, clean, straightforward values and truths given to us by an unchanging God. We are surrounded by liars, hypocrites, fools, and evildoers who seek daily to destroy those who love the Good, the Beautiful, and the True.

It’s enough to make a man despair. Indeed, most men DO despair, these days.

But you are not one of those men. You are here for a reason. You came here to find answers. And I am here to provide them. Your task is to fight back against this wave of malice and insanity – not to tolerate it, but to destroy it.

The Best and the Rest

Now, if you are like me – and, since you’re here, you probably are – you will respond by saying, “OK, nice speech… now how do we actually do it, buster?!?”

Well, let’s take a step back for a moment, and ask a somewhat different question:

What separates those who thrive under stress and pain from everyone else?

The answer is that those who thrive, embrace the challenge. More than that, though, they build others up.

In my experience, people who experience significant challenges in their lives fall into one of three categories:

  • Whiners: Those who simply want to complain about the situation;
  • Winners: Those who work to improve situations, solve problems, and build coalitions;
  • Sufferers: Those who choose to “grin and bear it”, and try to get through life as best as they can;

The first category is largely useless. You can dispose of them. They will not help you, because they cannot. They are weak, cowardly, and timid – don’t waste your time.

The second category is interesting, because it helps us think beyond the typical Left-Right dichotomy of how the world works.

You see, there are plenty of highly successful progressives. Indeed, I would wager that there are MORE successful progressives than there are successive Hard Right types, precisely because the progressive types take advantage of their opportunities a lot better.

Don’t get me wrong, the progressive way of thinking is both evil and stupid. But there are quite a lot of very bright people on the Left who graft themselves onto movements made up of whiners and complainers, and extract tremendous resources from those people. They also utilise highly effective fear-driven strategies to browbeat and cow their opponents into submission.

Building a Better Right

In my view, on the Right, we have comparatively few such people. Conservatives have, by and large, proven themselves to be totally useless at actually fighting the culture war. (There are exceptions to this rule.) Libertoonians are even more ridiculous – they dissolve like toilet paper dipped in battery acid in the face of real Leftist opposition.

But… here’s the thing:

We don’t need a lot of effective warriors on the Right. We just need a few – who recognise and understand how to build up their brothers.

The true secret to success in this world is resilience. If you can take everything that this world can dish out, and eventually learn how to shrug it off and just get on with what you want to do, then you become EXTRAORDINARILY dangerous.

And that’s where the third category comes in – the Sufferers. Men like you and me, who have gone (or are going) through Hell, and have been forged and tempered in the process.

These are the men who can transform themselves from Sufferers into Winners. And you can help them.

The problem for us on the Right is that we are individualists by nature. Many (not all) of us are highly ornery and cranky introverts. We must put this tendency aside to the maximum extent possible, given our individualistic natures, and learn to fight together. If we do this, even a small group of men working together can overcome a far greater and more terrifying mob.

This is not as difficult to do as it sounds. Let me give you a couple of examples to show you how to do it.

Case Study 1: The Leap of Faith

A while ago, an old friend of mine got in touch after several years of silence. He wanted my opinion about something, though he was not specific as to what exactly. I was quite surprised and didn’t really know what to expect.

Now, this man was well on his way to being properly red-pilled about a lot of things, and was in complete agreement with me about the future of the West. He wanted out of the rat race and the concurrent enslavement to the Globohomo bureaucracy, and was planning to get out and start up his own business. That was why he called me. He’d seen through other connections that I’d sort of tried the same thing, and wanted to pick my brain about how best to do so. He simply wasn’t sure whether what he had in mind was even a good idea.

I told him that he absolutely should try to create his own web presence, build out his own business, and try something new. Now I am hardly a business guru of any kind, but I told him whatever I could. I walked him through the exact method by which he could create a website, build a client base, and achieve a steadily-building “investment wheel” of businesses that generate cash flow and stable returns.

To my CONSIDERABLE surprise, and great pleasure, after I told him my thoughts about his plans, he said that he was incredibly relieved.

Apparently I was one of the first voices to support his idea unequivocally. He needed confidence, and I gave him precisely that. And it’s not like I told him that it would all be a walk in the park, either. It’s not. When you setup on your own, you take on ALL of the risk and you front ALL of the initial capital. It’s bloody terrifying to do that.

Which is why it’s so much better when you get someone to show you the way.

That man is now well on his way to building something for himself. One day, he will pass on his wisdom and experience to others. And he is one more man who will no longer heed the lies and follies of a broken and corrupt world.

Case Study 2: Legal Violence

Lawfare en Ecuador: EE. UU. y el Caso Sobornos — CELAG

The second example that I have for you comes from another friend of mine who is going through some legal issues. He called me up looking for some moral support and a friendly ear. I gave him that, but the conversation quickly turned theological, as it always does.

He pointed out to me that the doctrine of Jesus appears to be one of passive resistance to evil. One reading of the Bible will tell you that, in order to fight evil, all you have to do is pray. You count on God to do all of the heavy lifting for you.

That may well be your reading of the Bible. It most assuredly is not mine. As far as I am concerned, we of the Church Militant are here on this Earth to fight evil and destroy it, and we must do this on occasion through force of arms.

But this raises a significant dilemma. As His Hugeness pointed out in the Garden of Gethsemane, when the Pharisaical soldiers came to arrest Him, and Peter cut off the ear of the servant of Caiaphas, “those who live by the sword, shall also die by the sword”, or words to that effect.

What, then, are we to do? Are we simply to turn the other cheek, be meek, and stand down in the face of wanton aggression?

NO! Absolutely not! The Big Cheese wasn’t telling us to simply submit to evil – He was actually telling us to stand defiant against our persecutors and tormentors. The message of those verses is not to tell your tormentors that you will submit without a fight. It is a message of pure defiance – “Strike me again, I WILL NOT YIELD“.

So, what are you supposed to do, then, when you are facing a legal system specifically designed to destroy men and extract all possible value from them, without getting violent?

The answer is to use that system’s power against itself.

I will not go into exactly what I told my friend. All I will say on the subject is that the laws of men are precisely that – man-made. And you can apply pressure on men (and women) in ways that are completely legal, completely non-violent, and extremely effective. All you have to do is to show up and be willing to stand firm.

Case Study 3: Project Asteroid

Many of you might have seen the announcement recently from Our Beloved and Dreaded Supreme Dark Lord (PBUH) Vox Day the most merciless and terrible. Arkhaven Comics is about to launch their own online comics platform, ArkToons.

Make no mistake, this is a serious shot across the bow of the comic book industry. It delivers great content that people want. There will be a subscription model to get the most committed among us to stand with Arkhaven and finance its future endeavours. And it will provide a platform for aspiring comic book artists to tell great stories with amazing art.

There will be no sex, social justice, or perversion of any kind. It will be all about Making Comics Great Again.

No more pozzed-out race-bending gender-swapping queer-friendly bullshit. It’s all about getting back to what comics are all about.

Now, OBADSDL(PBUH) could not have done that on his own. He had to find allies to stand with him. And when he found them, he gave them respect and honour.

That, my friend, is how you succeed. Find someone better than you. Learn from him. Build up your skill set. And then, pass on your knowledge to build your brothers up.

Conclusion – Stand and Deliver

This, gentlemen, is how you do it. Instead of standing around and bitching about a problem, or whining and moaning about how bad life is, figure out how to SOLVE it.

I have presented you with a clear path forward, to transform yourself from a Sufferer into a Winner.

First, find someone better than you – stronger, tougher, more experienced, more resolute, more skilled.

Second, learn everything you can from him. Be humble and respectful. Honour your friend and mentor.

Third, take what you have learned, and apply it. Build something that is entirely your own, which no man can take from you.

Fourth, and finally, pass on that knowledge to others. Build alliances. Help your brothers. Carry their crosses with them. Stand firm with them against their enemies, and fight against them as if they are your own opponents.

On a personal note – this is why I created The Agoge on my site. God in His mercy and wisdom revealed my Purpose to me very clearly. And it is a simple one. My job is to teach men how to become deadly fighters in the name of God.

(In a strange way, that makes the title of Didact oddly fitting, even though I picked it when I was still (nominally) an atheist, and did so mostly as a play on the concept of a HALO supervillain.)

That means teaching men how to be strong in body, mind, and soul.

It is my sacred calling, and it is one that I embrace gladly.

Stand and fight, brother. You, too, have a calling. Embrace it, and do not fail to carry it out.
