This might just be the greatest power metal video ever made:

This, my friends, is what we have been waiting for. It is a power metal song about lifting heavy weights and building muscle, and the video features a bunch of guys in really cheesy 80s superhero costumes who become cartoon characters in the process of making the video.

I mean, what more could you possibly want?!?

Oh, and the reason why Joakim Broden from SABATON appears in the video as a robot called “Metal Joakim” might have something to do with this:
