“We are Forerunners. Guardians of all that exists. The roots of the Galaxy have grown deep under our careful tending. Where there is life, the wisdom of our countless generations has saturated the soil. Our strength is a luminous sun, towards which all intelligence blossoms… And the impervious shelter, beneath which it has prospered.”

Help for a friend

Over the last few months I have seen firsthand and heard from several friends and readers about the ways in which they are being tested, hard, by events in their own lives. It has become very clear to me that many of us on the Hard Right are being subjected to various forms of pressure to see just what it will take to break us. Those tests are deliberate, malevolent, and extremely painful, and they are being used for the specific purpose of trying to break us and turn us away from looking for the truth.

The reason for this is simple. If you spend your life searching for truths, you always and inevitably are confronted with the Truth. And that Truth is the Creator, and all of His glory.

This is something that cannot be permitted by the forces that rule this world. And I am not talking here about the globalist elite. They are merely tools in service of something vastly more terrible. To serve the Truth is to deny them their source of strength, for it means thinking for oneself and refusing to live by lies and fear anymore.

I write all of this because one of our best is once again under serious pressure that is pushing him to the breaking point.

A few days ago, our friend, the Gentleman Adventurer Adam Piggott, wrote about how he had been forced to leave his home and most of his possessions behind after returning from his recent trip to the USA. Knowing what I do of the situation, all I can and will say is that things there are complicated, but the fact is that he is going through a world of hurt right now and could use some help.

As I have noted before, if you have not read his books, then you are missing out on some rather well written and powerful stories of personal development as you follow a callow and untested youth turning himself into a man. There are stories of love, loss, friendship, brotherhood, solitude, personal turmoil, great joy and terrible sadness, and plenty of Adam’s signature brand of Western Australian humour blended into it all.

If you do not listen to his podcasts, they are worth checking out. And I’m not just saying that because his first ever guest happened to be my own good self. I’m saying it because they are genuinely filled with wisdom, humour, and a lot of good ideas for young men everywhere.

And if you are inclined to prayer, which I certainly hope you are, then please pray for him.

I know that sounds stupid to a lot of people. All I can say to them is that I once thought the way that they did. I was wrong. Prayer has a profound and powerful effect, not just on the person, or often even the animal, being prayed for, but upon the person doing the praying. I will try to expand upon this in a future post, but for the time being, let’s just say that prayer is something that every man should incorporate into his daily routines and lifestyle.

When I read Adam’s post, I wrote a long comment to it in which I told him that he is the older brother and uncle figure that many of us never had as grown-up boys struggling, often quite badly, to turn ourselves into men. Adam has spent a huge part of his life and time trying to help young men everywhere come to terms with a world that hates them, and showing them how to turn themselves into strong, resilient, wise, self-reliant, and capable individuals.

That is the mark of a good and decent man trying to help his fellows, after overcoming huge disadvantages in his own life – starting with his hardcore feminist mother, who (as he tells it) detonated her marriage with his father and ended up wrecking a young Adam’s childhood.

Come to think of it… remember that old saw about how history rarely repeats itself but often rhymes?

Just sayin’.

Anyway – take some lessons from Adam’s life and wisdom. Heed his warnings about the way that the world has devolved into lunacy and stupidity. Understand his 28 Traits of the Modern Man. Learn from him, appreciate his work, and support him where you can.

One way or another, all of us – every single one – is going to be tested, hard and repeatedly. The process is going to be incredibly unpleasant. I know. I’ve been through it myself. I’m still going through it. I often have to deal with tantrums and drama of the kind that make a man wonder why God made women so batshit crazy. Those tests and stresses are designed, deliberately, to turn a man away from the Truth and force him to serve lies.

Adam is one of the very few, very rare men who has not bent his knee to the Prince of Lies. And for that alone, he deserves our respect and our aid.
