“We are Forerunners. Guardians of all that exists. The roots of the Galaxy have grown deep under our careful tending. Where there is life, the wisdom of our countless generations has saturated the soil. Our strength is a luminous sun, towards which all intelligence blossoms… And the impervious shelter, beneath which it has prospered.”

In this week’s podcast, I discuss the ongoing race riots in America, and I talk about the (awful) spectacle of watching White Americans abase themselves before Blacks, seeking validation and forgiveness of their “sin” of so-called “white privilege”:

Not to make this a Catholic vs Protestant thing, because it's not, just a general observation: most Evangelical churches are missing the genuflection before the altar or the cross in their services. This is, I believe, a grave error. I saw many people LARPing online about how they only bow or kneel before God. I can almost bet, among those who were actually serious, that they came from one of the traditions that genuflect. Of course, Churchians, being at their core Humanists and not Christians, will not see Satan's inversion on this topic.

Yes, you are right about the Churchians. There is no doubt in my mind that those bowing down and lying on the ground and weeping before the "benedictions" of Blacks who forgive them for their sins are Churchians of the worst kind.

Great episode. A nice sober view of what is happening in the USA. I passed this on to my friends on the Facebook. I really think people need to listen to stuff like this before the violence comes. Reality can only be mask for so long.

      Thank you.

Reality can only be mask for so long.

      To put it another way:

Civilisation is merely a gentleman's agreement between all parties involved that allows large numbers of people to live in close proximity without dying like flies and slaughtering each other in appalling numbers every summer.

When civilisation breaks down, as it is now, that agreement goes out the window and the rules are suspended, and that's when people realise just how thin the line is between civilisation and savagery.
