Well, here we are at last, the very final days of 2022. I will be honest – there were a number of points throughout this year when I thought there was a real chance we would not see the New Year, but here we are nonetheless. The world is still here, and despite 2022’s MANY acts of bastardy, most of us are still here to witness the coming year.
Yet it is also clear that we are rushing toward an eventuality – a very abrupt and fundamental change in the world order. Never again will the “rules-based international order” hold sway. That is dead and gone – and rightly so, since it never made sense in the first place.
Russia and China, along with most of the Dirt World, are uniting into one giant mega-bloc to counter the “Golden Billion”. Already, millions within the West are going hungry, losing work, seeing their savings eroded and destroyed by rampant inflation, and freezing in a cold and unforgiving winter. And that is just one winter – the next winter is the one to worry about, when Europe no longer has any real access to Russian gas, and American LNG is too expensive and scarce to serve as a viable alternative.
At that point, America’s transition to a full-blown Evil Empire will be absolutely complete – because the Europeans will be reduced to servitude and slavery to masters that do not care one whit for them.
The rest of the world, meanwhile, will continue to forge ahead with a wide variety of development models – state-directed capitalism in Russia, sophisticated fascism in China, Izzlamist (which is to say, mostly dysfunctional) approaches in Iran and much of the Middle East, and everything in between across the rest of the world.
The neoliberal “New World Order” will be destroyed, one way or another. And the USSA will collapse eventually. Will it happen in 2023? I do not know – this would require the collapse of the petrodollar, and that appears to be some ways off yet. But it is much closer today than it was even a year ago. America’s own incredibly stupid and reckless “leadership” class has ensured a move away from dollarised global trade, toward far more diverse, and therefore stable, methods of transactions.
This brings us to the question of whether the events of the past years presage the Second Coming, depicted in Revelation. I know people have been claiming the Second Coming since, basically, the day after Jesus rose from the dead. But it still hasn’t happened. Yet it is impossible to deny one basic reality: the birth pangs depicted in Revelation 12 are coming ever closer together.
I am deeply sceptical of end-times prophecies telling us the Rapture is just around the corner. Any number of pastors and preachers have been telling us this for years. But it is impossible to deny that something very big is coming – we just do not know what, and when.
Let us therefore go into the New Year with hope, optimism, and joy – but also ensure that we prepare ourselves for what is to come.
And with that, let’s pop some champagne and get on with the very last instalment of this much-beloved series for 2022.
Your final lovely lady of 2022 is Darya Alexandrovna (Дарья Александровна), age 20, originally from Korelichi, Belarus (apparently), and now living in Moscow as a fashion model – for which, it must be said, she is VERY well suited.
Happy Friday, brothers – and a very happy, successful, peaceful, and blessed New Year to you and your families. This coming year promises to be highly eventful – perhaps even more so than 2022 – and the world is likely to change in a very big way before long. Let us hope for the best – but prepare for the worst.
