I DO NOT listen to pop music – rather obviously, and that does cause a few “problems” from time to time. Because I’m completely clueless about pop music and popular films, this results in frustrated communications between me and some of my close connections, who are much more interested in that sort of crap than me.
The reason I don’t pay attention to the current, parlous, state of pop music is that most of the “singers” and “artists” can’t actually sing or play worth a damn. That’s why I listen to heavy metal – because unlike the auto-tuned mass-produced slop that comes out of the music industry, metal bands actually require skill and talent to do what they do.
There is one part of the world, however, where pop music isn’t quite as bad as it is everywhere else.
That part would be the Slavic nations of Ukraine, Russia, and various others.
Consider, by way of example, a certain Vera Brezhneva (Вера Брежнева), a singer, TV presenter and personality, and actress originally from Ukraine. She was part of a group known internationally as Nu Virgos and within the FSU as ВИА ГРА (Via Gra, which is apparently a triple-wordplay).
If you look at a few of her best songs, you’ll quickly realise that this is quite a talented lady – and, being Ukrainian, she’s VERY easy on the eyes too:
The lyrics to that song are quite imaginative. If you understand Russian, they have a certain charm to them as well – and I say that as someone who listens to death metal.
More than that, though, Ms Brezhneva has actual talent. Watch her perform the same song live a couple of years ago:

She wasn’t the only Ukrainian to get her big start from Nu Virgos. That group turned into a major launching platform for a number of big names in the business, in part because, well, they were good – if you like pop, anyway.
Now, before anyone starts jumping up and down about this in the comments, I am well aware that Nu Virgos was an artificial pop creation designed specifically to be a vehicle for slick, mass-produced Slavic pop music. And it worked, too. Go lookup a few of their videos on YouTube. Turns out, they were huge back in the mid-2000s, and a big part of the reason why they were so popular in the FSU nations is because of two women – Anna Sedokova and Ms Brezhneva herself.
There is another name associated with ВИА ГРА that is perhaps rather more notorious, and that would be Svetlana Loboda, whose biggest hit by far is a staple of Russian airwaves:

Now, Loboda is a good demonstration of the darker side of Slavic pop music. She has two children from two different fathers, the younger of whom is probably the get of RAMMSTEIN frontman Till Lindemann. And she is known for her rather provocative videos – in a culture as conservative as Russia’s, her antics are regarded with distaste, at best.
You can find a good example of the kind of nonsense that she gets up to in her video for “Superstar”. I won’t link to it because I’m not in the least bit interested in granting any kind of legitimacy to chocolatiering fairies and crazy lesbians, but you can find it easily on YouTube.
If you were to try to watch that same video on Russian TV, you would find that it is heavily censored. The Russians, very sensibly, don’t want ANY of that shit on their screens. They take a very dim view of homosexuality in general and insist that the LGBTQOSTFU crowd stay in the closet where they belong.
Coming back to Loboda – let’s just say that there is a very good reason why a Russian of my acquaintance likes to say that “all the sluts are from Ukraine”. In fact, Russian women in general regard their Ukrainian cousins, especially from the western two-thirds of that country, with deep suspicion and disdain.
The reason for it is pretty straightforward. Ukrainian women have a reputation as being the most beautiful in the world, and with good reason. In reality, they simply put immense amounts of effort into their looks – greater even than Russian girls do, and that’s saying something. They do so because Ukraine’s economy is, let’s be honest, deep in the shitter, and has been since before the CIA-backed 2014 Maidan coup that sent the properly elected pro-Russian president of the country packing.
As a result, Ukrainian women are often desperate to get out of a country where, if they don’t live in the big cities, they face a life of hard labour, poverty, and disappointment – and that is usually their lot even if they do live in the bigger cities like Kiev and Kharkiv. That is why quite a few of them travel to Russia for work, and quite a lot more end up getting married to Westerners and leaving Ukraine for good.
By the way, Ukrainian men are regarded with scorn by most Russian women. They don’t have much to offer compared to Russian men and very few Russian women would consider a Ukrainian man to be worth dating or marrying.
What Russian women think of Africans and South Asians, in general, is probably not fit to print. Jus’ sayin’.
Anyway, that is your cultural lesson for the day. Make of it what you will. Hopefully your day has been brightened significantly by watching a beautiful talented blonde Slavic woman doing what she does best.

Then you MUST print it. Filter it if you must, but the truth should be broadcast.
And, kudos to you for praising an ethnicity of women who, according to you, has a super low opinion of your ethnicity, and may not give you enough time via which you can prove you are the 1 in 100 exception.
That said, I have seen pretty slavic women with South Asian men. I have also seen a ton of Slavic men go years without a girlfriend, and be incels. Their own women date out, while no non-Slavic women want Slavic men. In that way, they are like East Asian men.

I've lived in Moscow for over a year, in total, and I've spent most of the past 2 years in a relationship with a Russian woman, so yeah, I know a thing or three about what they think.

I have seen the same. The three most desired and sought-after groups of women in the world are definitely Southeast Asians, then Slavs, then white South Americans.
That said – the Slavic women that I have seen "dating out", as it were, tend to be from countries like Bulgaria, Ukraine, Belarus, or Romania – either economic basket cases or with significant ties to Europe. Russian women are much less likely, in my experience, to look for foreign husbands – because they are much more insular and self-sufficient.

Doesn't surprise me. Russians have their gold-diggers just like anywhere else. They are easy to spot, actually. Those are the women in Moscow and St. Pete's and elsewhere who look EXTREMELY high-maintenance – they're always caked in makeup, wearing fancy clothes and sky-high heels, covered in designer labels, and pumped full of fillers and plastics in their lips and boobs and faces.
I've seen more of those than I care to count in places like Moscow and Voronezh. Fortunately, they are a relatively small minority, because the number one qualification to be such a woman is some level of fluency in English. And even in Moscow, that's hard to find.

Southeast Asian girls with big boobs are the sweet spot for a lot of men – self included, to some degree. The evidence from dating sites bears this out beyond doubt. There is something highly feminine about them.
That said, I personally don't really understand the appeal either. I lived in Singapore for a while and used to find Chinese women quite attractive back in the day, but half a lifetime later they do next to nothing for me.
But what do Slavic women say about African and South Asian men?
The high-quality Slavic girls think that Africans are little better than unwashed monkeys – and that's putting it somewhat kindly. They think that South Asians are spineless Betas with no skills and no confidence and ridiculous accents. And they don't like the Chinese AT ALL.
The low-quality girls will go for whatever they can get, which is why you sometimes see an African guy with a fat Russian girlfriend or wife in Moscow.
In all of my travels to Russia, I've seen precisely ONE Black African kid with a genuinely attractive Russian girlfriend – and he spoke fluent Russian and obviously knew the culture.
All of that said – guys with game can clean up in Russia, if they work at it. Russian women respect masculine strength, chivalry, and romance, but they demand a lot in exchange, both in terms of time and monetary investment. In my experience, they're mostly worth the effort – but that's just me, and that's with some of the horror stories that I can tell.

Yeah, Polish women do tend to like darker-skinned men. That's been observed by a pretty diverse range of sources, from Roosh to Kyle Trouble to the Nazi LARPers over at Stormfront.
The working theory is that Blacks in Western cultures are vastly more masculine than the native Whites. Judging by what I've seen, I tend to agree.
It's worth noting that within Russia itself, Blacks do not act like they do in Western countries. If they get uppity or out of line, they get BTFO'd in a very big hurry. The same cannot be said of Blacks in the West. I suspect, though I am unable to confirm, that the same applies in Poland.
From what I have seen, if you have darker skin around the shade of a Turk, Greek, or Italian, you can do just fine in Russia and Eastern Europe. Much darker than that, and it gets to be a problem – especially because Blacks in Russia, at least, are there to do menial jobs, and those who are there for university study or exchange programs make next to zero effort to integrate.

From what I have seen many of them (Slavic women dating blacks) trend to more leftwing in their politics. You would know better since I have not been to the Slavic countries. This is only coming from seeing Slavs in the west (who would be more leftwing in general than their native country men).

I have no idea what the hard stats are, so all I can go by is anecdotal evidence – which is worth about as much as that sentence. So take this with a big pinch of salt. From what I've seen, they have between 2 and 4 kids – so their higher rate of fecundity does contrast significantly with the low TFR of both their sisters who stay back in the FSU countries, AND with the native Black and White women.

That's actually relatively easy to explain. Women are like water – they take the shape of the container that they fill. (Mangled metaphor given that women are themselves containers designed to be filled, but work with me on this one.) Blacks in general tend to be quite Leftist in the West, thanks to their low time preferences.
Women tend to take on the views of the men that they get involved with. Slavic women therefore will adopt many of the same Leftist (stupid) low-time-preference views of their Black boyfriends and husbands, if it comes to that.
These are sweeping generalisations and there are plenty of exceptions. But the thing about generalisations is that they are generally true, hence the name.
