“We are Forerunners. Guardians of all that exists. The roots of the Galaxy have grown deep under our careful tending. Where there is life, the wisdom of our countless generations has saturated the soil. Our strength is a luminous sun, towards which all intelligence blossoms… And the impervious shelter, beneath which it has prospered.”

In the second part of my synthesis of the investigations into the origins of Islam, I delve into the historical “prophet” Muhammad of Islam, and look at the evidence that shows pretty conclusively that the man as described in Islamic traditions simply could not have existed.

This podcast is great. I love the questioning of religion and I think too many people are afraid of Islam. It is funny that you say Jesus and Muhammad are mirror images. I think Islam is a mirror religion to Christianity. For example Islam has rules on things like what to eat and to kill those that question the religion. Christianity teaches it is not what you put into your month but what comes out. It also teaches not to lie at all even to outsiders, where by Islam teaches that it is ok to lie to outsiders if it benefits Islam.

    There are more.

Yeah. As I state quite bluntly, Islam is a Christian heresy and that's been known for about 1,300 years, maybe more. The reason why it is so upside down compared to Christianity is because it was most likely redacted to provide a unique Arab identity from originally Nabatean and Persian sources. That identity needed to give moral authority and legitimacy to the quite brutal conquests made by the Hagarenes against the Jews and Christians and pagans of those regions. And that morality had to be at least somewhat familiar to the conquered Jews and Christians of that part of the world, because those were the very people that the Arabs who eventually took over that empire depended upon to get things done.

The result is Islam – a twisted, corrupted, man-made version of the True Faith that sanctifies all that is sinful and blasphemes all that is holy.
