It’s that time of the week again, chaps. With Turkey Day right around the corner, and the chronic gastronomic overindulgence that comes with it, I thought it might be useful to remind the ladies out there what they could look like with a little devotion to good eating and lifting weights.
Yeah, I know, I’m a complete asshole. That’s fine with me. I just happen to like pictures of slender, fit, happy women.
And yes, it’s getting more and more difficult to find such women in Western nations. God only knows how miserable the dating marketplace is for men these days- and men like us are stuck living through that particular kind of Hell.
Nonetheless, it is nice to be reminded from time to time just how good life can be when women actually take an interest in their own fitness and health.
And for that, we have women like Rebecca Catherine Smith to thank. (Even if they are just Instaham thots.)

I know this is going to sound fruity but… she does nothing for me. She doesn't look even slightly feminine other than the long hair. I'd take the chick from the "cardio" side before her.
