“We are Forerunners. Guardians of all that exists. The roots of the Galaxy have grown deep under our careful tending. Where there is life, the wisdom of our countless generations has saturated the soil. Our strength is a luminous sun, towards which all intelligence blossoms… And the impervious shelter, beneath which it has prospered.”

… it’s you, according to Dr. John Becker:

Watch the episode all the way through. It’s one of the funniest in the entire series- I couldn’t stop laughing throughout it. Ted Danson’s genius lies in his ability to portray a cranky introverted doctor who, despite his manifest flaws as a human being, is still a man with a good heart and a sound head.

And in the process, he gives us extreme introverts the voice that we need to tell the rest of the world to go… um… perform an anatomically impossible act.
