The world’s most Dangerous Faggot deals with a “moderate Muslim”- who happens to be a rather shapely woman in a nice dress and quite impressive heels- in his typically mild, gentle, and unassuming fashion:

The “journalist” with whom he was debating plainly had no idea just how far in over her head she really was. It became obvious within minutes that she did not even understand her own faith particularly well.

Worse, she does not seem to understand that this concept of “moderate” Islam is complete nonsense.

It does not exist. Every Islamic scholar of any note- including those most celebrated by Westerners, such as Averroes (Ibn Rushd) and Avicenna (Ibn Sinna), who were supposedly quite “rational” and “moderate” in their views of Islamic philosophy, were in fact fairly well in keeping with standard Sunni jurisprudence.

In other words, even the most “enlightened” of Islamic scholars have always regarded the Koran as the immutable word of their “god”, have always argued that women are inferior to men, and have always supported both the doctrine of Koranic abrogation and the concept of jihad as a holy war and not a “personal struggle”.

It is usually at this point that the “moderate” Muslim responds as Ms. Erros did to Milo: “But that’s what a bunch of freakin’ nutbags do in the name of Islam! Moderate Muslims don’t believe in any of that stuff!!!”

To which the correct response is: “Do you actually know the first damn thing about your own so-called ‘faith'”?

Which of course is precisely what Milo did.

And in most cases, “moderate” Muslims will have a very hard time reconciling their own personal ways of practicing Islam with what Islam actually is.

Now, the inability of followers of a particular religion to follow all of the various tenets of their specific faiths is nothing new at all, obviously. Few Christians these days can possibly state with straight faces that they follow all of the precepts of their particular denomination of the True Faith.

The one key difference between “moderate” Muslims and moderate Christians is that true Christianity emphatically does not require holy war to be waged against all who disagree with what Jesus Himself said back in the day.

True Christianity does not demand that gays be thrown off buildings, that adulteresses be stoned to death, that apostates be hunted down and killed, and that the whole world submit to the word of the Big Cheese, or else.

True Christianity does not argue that everything happens just because said Big Cheese “wills it”, but rather states plainly that the Lord is a benevolent, rational Creator who gave us all reason and free will and grants us the ability, if we so choose, to seek out His Truth for ourselves.

There is no such thing as “moderate” Islam, as Islamists themselves will tell you. The example provided to Muslims of “the perfect man” in Islamic teachings is, of course, the “prophet” Mohammed: a psychopath, a warlord, a mass-murderer, a slayer of Jews and Christians, a serial liar, a polygamist, a paedophile, and a despotic tyrant.

And all of that is assuming that he was even real in the first place, which as far as most modern (i.e. non-Islamic) scholarship can figure, he wasn’t.

Christianity- the original parent religion of which Islam is a particularly vile and unfortunately successful heresy- has undergone rigourous examination of its origins, precepts, and ideas virtually every single day since He for whom the faith is named was nailed to the Cross and left to die. It has passed those tests and endures to this very day, just as He promised it would.

It is well past time that the internal contradictions and follies of the Islamic ideology are dragged kicking and screaming out for the rest of the world to see, so that Islam may be subjected to the same level of scrutiny that its parent faith has been for so long.

I have no doubt that the errant child will be found greatly wanting in the process.
