It is, of course, Monday, and that really sucks, especially if you had my kind of weekend. I won’t go into details, but involved a major argument that kept me out of the gym on a Sunday night. And that just pissed me off, because iron is a man’s best friend – or second best, if you happen to be a dog person. (Which I am.)
