I probably really should just consider renaming this segment into “Weekend T&A”, given how often I miss the Friday deadline. This time, I kind of sort of have a decent excuse – well, depending on your point of view. You see, as I have noted before (several times), I have a rather severe case of Rubik’s Complex, which means that every time I get stuck into a programming project, I end up losing all real track of time. That is pretty much what happened yesterday, when I just wanted to get stuck into this Python webscraping project I’ve been working on, and couldn’t quite get it to work.
See, webscraping is HARD, because every website is a bit different, and therefore you have to try a very large number of things, most of which fail completely, when scraping data from publicly available repositories. Many different factors come into play – even having something as simple as a clickable banner that then expands and changes the HTML code in the background, will cause complications that you have to work around.
And all of that is BEFORE you get to figuring out how to gather the data and put it into a Python object you can work with and save down.
Anyway – long story short, I got the algorithm working this morning, after a couple more hours of swearing and try-fail-learn loops.
So, here we are, with another double-header, because we are still way behind, thanks to illness, vacations, work, and so on.
The first lady in question is Alicia Van Schoonhoven, age 26 (apparently) from ‘Straya – where, we are obligated to remind you, LITERALLY EVERYTHING WANTS TO KILL YOU AND EAT YOUR EYEBALLS FOR JUJUBEES!!!!! (Yes, even the women – especially the sheilas, actually.) She has quite a lengthy CV, because in addition to being some sort of pageant model, for various competitions that none of us have ever heard of, she is a TV presenter, environmental advocate (*eyerolls*), fitness enthusiast, influenza, and a whole bunch of other stuff that I cannot be arsed to figure out.
All that is well and good – all I can say is, she has an EPIC case of crazy eyes. She is likely a whacktivist, and probably a vegan, which means any date with her will be incredibly tedious and preachy. Jus’ sayin’ – she looks like the type.
And on the other end of the scale, we have Karina Kozyreva (Карина Козырева), age 26 from Belgorod, Mordor Russia. She is known primarily for streaming silly videos on TikTok (is there any other kind of TikTok content?), while dressed up pretending to be a cat.

Anyway – despite, or perhaps because of, her looks, she is positively RADIOACTIVE on the tried-and-tested Thot Quotient scale.
