“We are Forerunners. Guardians of all that exists. The roots of the Galaxy have grown deep under our careful tending. Where there is life, the wisdom of our countless generations has saturated the soil. Our strength is a luminous sun, towards which all intelligence blossoms… And the impervious shelter, beneath which it has prospered.”

Friday T&A: There Goes the Neighbourhood Edition

As I write this, we are seeing news streaming in about a possible major Israeli ground incursion into the Gaza Strip. This may – or may not – finally be the start of the great big ground offensive the Israelis have been threatening for two weeks now. They have been saying they will wipe out Hummus from the face of the Earth – well, good luck to them with doing that, I rather fail to see how they can manage it, given the rat’s nest of tunnels and passages below the ground.

It is important to take a reasonably neutral stance on all of this. I have been to Israel. I like and respect the Jewish people and what they have achieved. At the same time, I am not blind to their problems and shortcomings. And, while I have nearly ZERO sympathy for the Pali-Walis, I have no desire to see innocent women and children torn apart by Israeli bombs and artillery.

Therefore, looking at things as a more-or-less-unbiased observer, I can say this:

Israel is making a COLOSSAL mistake here – one that threatens its entire existence.

I understand the Israelis feel as though they are under existential threat. I realise they view the attacks on Oct 07 as their equivalent of 9/11 – indeed, when applied proportionally, it was far, FAR worse for them than 9/11 was for the Americans.

But, right now, the Israeli people and their leaders are reacting with emotion – not reason or logic.

In the space of two weeks, they have lost the moral level of war. The entire world, civilised or otherwise, has turned against them, except for the West – and that is a declining and degraded power bloc that is rapidly losing military, political, and especially economic strength and relevance.

The Israelis have managed to do something even the Americans, in all of their immense stupidity, could not do – unite the entire Islamic world against them. This, in spite of President Trump’s strenuous efforts to get the Abraham Accords across the line – which essentially rendered a Palestinian state a dead letter, in exchange for a normalisation of relations between the Saudis and the Israelis.

That agreement is now dead, and the entire Islamic world now demands a Palestinian state – never mind that such a construct is actually unworkable in reality. The Palestinians have literally NOTHING that defines a modern state – no economy, no military, no serious resources, a very low level of human capital, and no real ability to maintain anything approaching a coherent government with real borders. A Palestine encompassing Gaza and the West Bank would not survive in real life – the example of East Pakistan (today’s Bangladesh) is highly instructive in this regard.

Israel is losing its friends in the region, which are all aligning against it. Historical foes are putting aside their enmities to unite against an Israeli state that has evidently lost its damn mind. This will not end well for anyone – and may well give American Jewish neoclowns the excuse they have been wanting for DECADES to launch a preemptive, and suicidal, war against Iran.

None of this bodes well. The world has changed, forever, since Feb 24, 2022 – it is now multipolar in full, and the West still has not figured this out. Yet Israel seems to want nothing more than to be a proxy, a pawn, in the power games of Western elites.

What is the point of this? Why put the existence of the only Jewish nation on Earth at risk for a decaying, decrepit, decadent Western world? Never mind that the Jewish state readily engages in persecution of Christians, and engages in openly racialist and Jewish-supremacist policies at the present time – none of that changes the fact that Israel, as a nation, has the right to determine its own laws and future.

Yet that future seems to be one destined to end in fire and blood. And for what, exactly?

As for the rest of us – well, get out your Bibles and pray for wisdom and strength in these times. We are all going to need it.

And on such a happy note, let us wrap up the working week. The lovely lady for this Friday is Olga Chernysheva (Ольга Чернышева), age 27, from Saint Petersburg. She does… well, I have no idea what, but she seems to be either very engaged or married at this point.

Happy Friday, all. Try not to let events in the Middle East get to you. This madness will end, sooner or later – and I suspect it will do so on terms highly unfavourable to the Israelis.

You have the power relationship backwards. Globalist Bibi Netanyahu is pushing the West to start the Great Reset, and killing a couple billion people is a feature, not a bug.

This preacher shares the heart of Christ and challenges those who want the destruction of Palestine with the truth.

I’ve been shocked at the number of people who after questioning everything their goverment has been telling them since (fill in first event here), suddenly believes everything they are told by the main stream media.
    That’s a serious disconnect.
