The following documents were leaked out of a… well, let’s just call it a REALLY FREAKIN’ BIG banking and financial services institution, you can easily see which one. This company helps facilitate global payment processing and you almost certainly carry around at least one card with its logo on it in your wallet.
I got these from someone who used to work there, and my source shall remain anonymous. That source has long since departed the company, which is good news, but the company in question is still doing its damnedest to crush wrongthink.
The first document concerns the way in which this company plans to treat payment companies who do business with so-called “hate groups” in the wake of the one-year anniversary of the Charlottesville Lie.

And here’s the second image – click on it to expand – which basically amounts to a PR statement issued by one of the company’s senior HR people:

Gentlemen, that is the gatekeeper that you will have to pass in order to get employed at that company.
Take it from me, boys: the financial services industry HATES you if you are a straight white man.
I worked in the belly of the beast, so to speak, for over six years – literally on Wall Street. My workplace was located right on Wall St. in one of the most iconic buildings in the city of New York. If you walk along the shoreline of Jersey City, as I did for years, you will be able to see that very building with the sun at your back.
So I know what I am talking about when I say that diversity hiring and political correctness runs rampant at places like that. And I can tell you from very bitter personal experience that the HR bunnies that clog up that department’s specific floors are packed full of those same diversity hires who cannot quickly figure out exactly where they are from.
The woman in that second picture has a background very similar to mine, actually. I lived in Australia for 2.5 years. I graduated from high school in Singapore. I studied for my bachelor’s degree in the UK. I did my Master’s degree in the USA. I had lived in 6 countries by the time I was 22. If you count my extended trips to Russia in the list, I’ve lived in 7 now that I’m in my mid-thirties.
Like her, I should be calling myself a “multinational, multicultural, and adaptable person”.
But I’m not one and have no interest whatsoever in calling myself one. While I am adaptable – you do not, repeat do not, spend several months in Russia without being at least somewhat capable of adapting to a very different culture – I have nothing but contempt for the entire idea of multiculturalism.
The Cult of Multiculti doesn’t work. The entire idea is ridiculous. The only way that a woman like that could possibly be “multicultural” is by denying the very culture that let her come to America and live and work there in peace, and then import hordes of her own Dirt World compatriots. And that, unfortunately, is precisely what such diversity hires tend to do once given a smidgen of power.
It is easy to get discouraged when you see things like this. I am here to tell you that not only should you not be discouraged, you should be encouraged.
In my personal opinion, you should be absolutely delighted to see things like that.
Why? Because companies like that have basically ensured their own doom.
You see, while payment processors like the company in question are very, very powerful, they are not the only game in town anymore.
Yes, they control huge segments of the credit and debit card business, which something like 95% of all Westerners use in order to shop anywhere. But there are alternatives out there, a growing number of them in fact, ranging from simple payment processors to completely different methods of payment such as BitCoin and cryptocurrency, which no single corporation can control or hack into.
Companies like that are going to find themselves under serious threat from external competition in the years to come. Their diversity hires and right-on politically correct decisions will simply alienate their customers, throw massive amounts of sand into the gears of the global economy, and turn the Western-based portions of the internet into a South American banana republic, and will ensure that only incompetent SJWs will get hired.
These are Very Good Things. This will inevitably result in them making some very, very stupid mistakes.
The corporate cancer in these companies is now at roughly Stage III level – where the SJWs have basically infiltrated the very departments and functions that are supposed to be the last lines of defence and immunisation against those same diseases.
Some companies will be able to fight back with extremely aggressive purges, which will be agonisingly painful and highly destructive to their core businesses (at least for a while).
But most will never be able to purge themselves of that dead weight. And they will suffer for it. Beyond a certain size – and in my experience, companies don’t really need to get that big before this happens – almost any company becomes too big to immunise itself successfully unless those steps were taken at the company’s founding. As far as I can tell, this happens somewhere between the 500 and 1,000 headcount mark. Every organisation larger than this point simply becomes too big to police effectively if there was not already an aggressive anti-SJW policy in place.
As our beloved and dreaded Supreme Dark Lord likes to say – conflict is in the very air we breathe. Don’t stress about it too much. Yeah, the payment processing companies will make your life very, very difficult and miserable with great ease on their part, and yeah, that’s gonna suck.
But don’t lose hope. They are not the only game in town and they will not be around forever. You have alternatives, you can get away from Ms. Diversity Hire up there, and you do not have to tolerate doing business with a company that absolutely hates you and everything you stand for.
