I would say closer to 72% of Congress. There are a lot of useful idiots that just follow trends, and if smarter heads set better trends, they would be more useful.
At least more useful than the utter fetterheads that would replace them.

Take a lesson from Gen X. We learned the hard way that everyone who craves the power of government office is corrupt. Everyone. Even the ones that pretend to lean our way temporarily are just angling for an untapped political bloc. Even Trump has always been corrupt… he simply found a useful direction to lean to set him apart from all the other greedy fatheads.

The trick is to make it in their best interest to behave sensibly. People keep asking why Trump is talking right and sucking left? because that’s the best way to keep as much power as possible for an outlier like him. He is very smart, and as long as the jews are paying his bills, and they are, he will keep pretending they are his best friends.

The reason Trump hasn’t finally recognized that Putin would make an amazing ally is very simple. because the power blocs that own him are a hell of a lot closer and are willing to play ball until they kill him or take him out of office, if he starts playing fair with Putin, he would be dead in days; they have already proved that they own the police, the secret cervix, and most of the independent security firms he could hire.

He has no allies, only less powerful enemies, and right now, he’s trying to stay alive while feeding his ego. It’s that simple, and not worth getting angry about until you are ready to BE angry.
