When they started talking about student debt forgiveness on the US a couple years ago, my initial inclination was to parrot everything that most &quot;conservatives&quot; were saying, but it never really seemed like the correct stance to take on the issue. I was never really vocal about agreeing with the debt forgiveness because I wasn&#039;t sure why I agreed with it. I think a lot of it stemmed from not wanting to agree with a Democrat led idea. But after listening to this, the Democrats wanted to do this seemingly for the wrong reasons, but it would have been the correct long term outcome, had they succeeded. Your analysis really brought a lot of pieces together.
