Indeed, it is an excellent series – and it gets better as the episodes go by, so I will be keen to see how it grows and matures over seasons. Costner will, indeed, sadly leave the series after Season 5 – and that will be the last season of the current run. But it looks like this has generated several spin-offs, at least some of which promise to be quite good. Should be interesting to see where the franchise goes.

Glad you are enjoying ‘Yellow Stone’. As you will see, each season get’s better than the last. Might add, the production company has been very good about hiring locals, both as extras and small businesses (paying very decent wages). They filmed some of season three just down the road from our place near Missoula, as well as in town. Hopefully they can get another couple of seasons out of Costner (apparently he wants to quit, partly due to his hellacious on going divorce).
