And the Pentaloons and spooks in Foggy Bottom significantly tightened up their standards and procedures in the wake of the Manning/WikiLeaks debacle. Yet, somehow, Texeira managed to get his hands, all on his lonesome, on materials that should have been impossible for someone of his level of clearance to obtain, in a place where they should never have been placed, at a time that he could not possibly have seen them – IF the military and intelligence communities followed all of their proper procedures.

So, either the CIA and Pentagon are all completely, utterly, and criminally incompetent – a possibility I do not rule out – or someone is playing Texeira for a patsy.

Given the probabilities involved, I’m going with the latter.

The presence of CIA material indicates that the leaker simply could not be active-duty rank-and-file military, let alone an Air National Guard reservist – because military personnel DO NOT get access to those documents.

this was pretty much my initial reaction as well. because, why in the ever living FVCK would some peon in the Massachusetts ANG even have access to half of this information?

but then i made 2 counterpoint considerations:
1 – this is Pedo Joe’s Tranny Groomer America. and there is no practical bottom to the amount of stupidity and incompetence that can be expressed by these FAGGs ( Fake And Gay Groomers )
2 – Snowden shouldn’t have had access to a lot of the stuff he released. but he did. and the Glowies are more incompetent and converged now than they ever have been.

so, i would lean more towards Texiera being a patsy scapegoat like Lee Harvey Oswald. but i can’t entirely rule out that he might have done it, simply because Logic and basic OpSec aren’t necessarily a functional consideration to anyone in this administration.

I haven’t been able to get the docs for myself and wouldn’t have the expertise to evaluate them anyway. But my sense is that the leak is as advertised… a Gamma-type nerd betraying national secrets just to prove he really is a Secret King… except in addition to being an American war staffer, he’s also an Israeli asset spying on America, so he proved his smart-boyism by releasing both his Ukraine day-job work and his intelligence night-job work.

Because a Joint Chief didn’t release this, either.

It also explains the delay in the Regime taking action, when the perp betraying them turned out to be their “boss’ son”. There must have been some quietly furious diplomacy in the background…

It also explains the Regime sending its special clean-up team to arrest a nobody reservist. They need an arrest in order to not look weak, and they’re too compromised to arrest the real perp. Like Col. Vindeman’s treachery Against Trump.

It’s a very uninformed opinion, yet it fits the behavior of our ruling-class clowns.
