There are many days when I seriously question what I’m doing here, because my whole life up until this point seems to be one long series of disastrous mistakes. Messages like yours remind me that I add value to people’s lives through what I do, and I thank you for that reminder.

For as long as I have been semi=lurking, every monday’s browser buster has motivated me to put in at least 3 days of lifting heavy shit.

It’s genetic, small heart arteries, but it was discovered in time. God kept me alive when I should have died, and now I have 4 stents and should live to be 80. I keep in shape but my family genetics sorta suck for men’s hearts)
