Things have been rather quiet here on the site for the last few days, and that is simply because I have been stupidly busy with at least two different and time-sensitive projects. Now that things have eased up slightly, I finally have some time to write and will look to resume some sort of sane posting schedule again.
In the meantime, though, I’ve got a bit of unpleasant business to get out of the way, related to a commenter who simply can’t seem to get a clue.
GCM is hereby banned. You can view the original thread here, in the post that I wrote up a few days back about the “surprising” failure of Bill Gates’s marriage.
(There may be more to the story than any of us initially guessed. It looks like MEL Gates – the she who looks like a he – had actually been talking to divorce lawyers ever since Billzebub’s interactions with Jeffrey Epstein came to light. It would appear that Billzebub – thanks to LTC Kratman for that one – might have been rather more than just a buddy of the late and unlamented spawn of Satan, who took him on several rides on the Lolita Express. Billzebub fully deserves to be prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law if he turns out to be a paedophile and abuser – I stress, IF any allegations can be substantiated. In the meantime, we can finally enjoy some peace and quiet from his incessant tirades about “climate change” and chucking chalk into the sky to block out the Sun.)
Also, while we’re on the subject:

Back to the subject at hand:
GCM’s comments started off badly, going off-track on something related to Harry and the Half-Blood Princess, when the original post had nothing to do with them. I responded by pointing out specific problems with his arguments. (Admittedly, I was a tad tetchy in my responses. What can I say, it’s been a long few weeks.)
GCM’s follow-up can only be described as “oblivious”. I responded once more and pointed out that he didn’t have an argument. The final response on his part involved yet more projection, yet more name-calling, and yet more evasions. In that wall-of-text response, he responded to my point that the SSH is not a cartoonish depiction of masculinity by… pointing to a cartoon. (That is not a knock on the cartoon in question – Hypergamouse is an excellent series.)
At this point, it was clear that he would not address the actual topics at hand, and was adopting a pose of lecturing superiority, rather than attempting to provide rational responses or justifications. He used the standard “appeals to authority”, poses, and projecting behaviour that marks out a man who simply cannot and will not engage with actual discussion.
That was more than sufficient justification, under Rule 2 of the Laws of the Domain, for an outright ban.
You, the readers, are free to judge my actions as you see fit. If you think I was heavy-handed, I have no doubt that you will tell me so. And that is fine.
Readers such as Johnny and JohnC911 have seen that I am willing to engage with challenges to my point of view, and I admit when I am wrong or mistaken. It’s not hard to fix a mistaken interpretation or a bad reading of data.
But you can’t fix stupid.
I will address one specific point that GCM brought up. In his initial comment, he stated:
Would God truly judge in this exact manner by calling Christian men betas, gammas, and situational alphas?
My response to him was that God absolutely judges based on hierarchies. This is unquestionably true and the Bible makes that VERY clear.
However, to answer the specific point – does God call Christian men Alphas, Bravos – get the terminology right, man – Deltas, Gammas, Omegas, Sigmas, and Lambdas?
The technical answer is: no, God does not use those specific terms. God does, however, very clearly stomp hard on passive-aggressive behaviour toward Him, His laws, and His chosen prophets and kings.
Passive-aggressive behaviour is the signature trait of the Gamma, just as fidelity and loyalty to an Alpha is the signature trait of the Bravo, and a strong desire to be respected and consulted for his competence and hard work is the signature trait of the Delta. You will find God praising the positive traits, and condemning the negative traits, of each level of the SSH, throughout the Bible.
Finally, for anyone who is new here – understand that commenting is a privilege, not a right. You are free to dislike me and post massive walls of text about what a tool you think I am. But you will do so on your own site, on your own time. I do not tolerate such things here.
Longtime Readers who have been around for quite literally years understand this very well and observe the rules. Follow them, and you’ll be fine. Break them, and you’ll be told to GTFO.
In the meantime, I’m doing my bit to make banhammers great again. This is only the second ban that I’ve ever issued – the first one was for a homosexual who couldn’t argue his way out of a paper bag – and that’s a damned good record for a site that’s been around for over 8 years. I don’t intend to make a regular habit out of this sort of thing, and I don’t think I’ll need to, because I have great readers who don’t hesitate to tell me when they think I’m wrong.

A well moderated blog is a thing of beauty.
I can’t imagine the effort that goes into those non-sensical walls of text.
I generally read blogs/comments as I’m doing something else and will pretty much stop reading past a paragraph or so if it looks like it’s going nowhere. Be concise FFS. I admire your tenacity and fairness dealing with this silliness.
I had a gamma employee that would send me wall of text emails and for awhile I made the mistake of breaking them down and responding to his points. This went on for awhile with him CCing my boss, who would immediately hit me on chat and say “Do not respond to that”. Eventually he called.
Which is what an alpha boss does. No response, no chat. A call. He said don’t reply to those, I don’t. I don’t even read them. He’s jus baiting you. Leave it.
I miss that guy. We got purchased. My boss, her boss, and her boss are all wahmens. Not the same at all.
Your house, your rules. Fuck em.
I liked how he linked to a parody SSH forum to disprove SSH. The Walls of Text reminded me of old Usenet arguments.
Spring has finally sprung here and I could do with another one of your posts going in on Islam.
Keep it up, man!
It so happens you’re a few days early))
Stick around for Sunday’s podcast. Seeing as this week was Eid – i.e. the end of the Month of F(e)asting for the Muslims – I will be tackling the problems with Islam and some of the new findings and data that we have available.
