I REALLY miss lifting. Here in PommieBastardLande the gyms are not due to reopen until mid-April – the asshats who run the government here apparently think that the Chinese Mumps is actually really dangerous to healthy people with a proven desire to stay that way, so we’re stuck. And I absolutely hate bodyweight workouts – they get very boring very quickly.

Nonetheless, we carry on the best that we can in the current situation… which, in my case, means plenty more shitposting to come))

Serving Our Lord is now my primary purpose in life. That means telling some hard truths, especially about myself. If I deliver value in the process, then I am happy. I just hope that I continue to do what God wants and needs me to do.

I think that is in part due to serving Christ our Lord (knowing we only deserve death but are saved through Jesus) and the times you have chosen the hard path over comfort.

3000 posts, that’s probably the size of a few mega bibles. If you print your posts, you could probably create a paper armor.

You are not far off, actually. I downloaded a bunch of those posts to turn into a book, back in, I think, late 2018, when I’d just hit about 2,000 posts. Just from all of that material, I could easily have printed off over 300 pages worth of a “best of” book. And that would have been read by, maybe, 10 people.

The posts about introverts is what stands out the most for me. I found them at a time when I was deeply confused about myself. That and Susan Cain’ s book ‘Quiet’ and the blogger who then linked to you made a huge difference to me. I wish I remembered the blogger.

Yeah. I need to get back to some of that as part of The Agoge series, actually. It’s well worth writing about in the current day and age.
