In reply to JohnC911.

Thank you brother, I appreciate the kind words. Following Christ is a difficult road, but it's worth the effort. Leading others away from Christ is in itself a major error - but I believe it is forgivable if one then does penance and tries to lead others back. As you say, bending the knee and confessing is very difficult, but it's very necessary.

BTW in case you're interested in some serious Bible study material - check out Dr. Michael Heiser's lectures on YouTube, if you haven't already. I've been watching his Supernatural Seminar series that digs deeply into the Hebrew in the Old Testament, and it's absolutely fascinating. He doesn't contradict any doctrines at all - he simply gives us much better tools and broader understanding of what is going on in critical parts of Genesis, Job, and others.

Part 1 here, Part 2 here, and so on.

I know how you feel on this one. I abandoned my faith after high school and got very much into Atheism for about 10 years.
In that time I manged to convinced many to join me in abandoning faith. Convince friends and family.

I feel much guilt for those actions, and frankly as I should.
Bending the knee to Jesus, admitting your sins and changing is never easy.
To walk in the light with Jesus, mean the world will hate you but as Jesus said in John 15:18 “If the world hates you, know that it has hated me before it hated you."

Brother keep going on the track.
