I've probably been exposed to the Wuhanpox a half dozen times by now ...

Each time it tries to kick up, I just feed it some more of a homebrew treatment: stuff that boosts nitric oxide along with zinc and magnesium and a bit of zinc ionophore action so the virus can't replicate and kick off its nasty chain of reactions.

That goes with the huge amount of vitamin D3 action I'm getting because I've been staying in more often to get caught up on tasks I've delayed, such as systems upgrades I need to do before yet another battle with words.

So essentially this: beetroot capsules, multi-vitamins, "cal-mag-zinc" horse pills, and either quercetin or EGCG with phenomenal amounts of vitamin D3.

When it starts up again, I get a slightly sore throat, red eyes, and a little bit of upper chest soreness ... which lasts all of one day after I give the Wuhanpox another arse kicking with this stuff.

No rise in temperature above 37.3 C, no cough of any kind, not much in the way of fatigue, and it's gone in a day. Even the slightly elevated temperature goes away in a few hours.

I could do without the mild conjunctivitis that comes with it because it's getting in the way of getting my systems work and writing done.
