One of my other readers had a look into her Insty posts and pointed out that she has recently gone in for quite a bit of cosmetic surgery – to her eyes, nose, and cheeks. That's why her facial proportions look kind of "weird" right now.

Otherwise, though, she's a woman.

I agree with something being off about her face but her waist to hip ratio as seen in the standing bikini shot looks to be about .65 or .7 to 1. Ladyboy hips are much more narrow than that. .9 or 1 to 1.

I've found that if there is any question in my mind about the original sex of a hot girl, 99.9% of the time it's not a female. I could be wrong in this case, but I highly doubt it.
