fellow brown brother here.. just a bit of feedback about the new layout.

may i suggest a change in background across screens/typing areas? it gets visually confusing for the visitor and the pure black on some level is a little freaky. not sure why, but it rubs the brain wrong.

also on the blogroll, the blogs and their icons are on separate lines. i don't think it's just my browser, or font sizing either. i use brave with scripts enabled.

as someone who is a financial services professional, perhaps you'd do a post on bitcoin/block chain. from what i hear they may be used in a big way, especially blockchain in the financial side. it is technically useful in removing a lot of intermediaries. i'd be curious to hear your thoughts. on that as well as on a.i and automation.

Yes, and that tendency was particularly bad in Stranger in a Strange Land. There were plenty of great ideas in there concerning the Martians and their culture, to be sure- but then he completely jumped the shark with those weird ideas he had about polyamory and Gnosticism. There was a lot wrong with those ideas, and they come across as horribly dated and poorly reasoned today.

The thing is… his post-juvenile fiction is nearly the complete opposite. He packed a lot of wisdom into the later books, but he also packed a ton of his own personal Secular, Transhumanist, globalist utopianism as well.
