You are welcome. I&#039;m pleased to find that people actually like to read what I write. I do so pretty much entirely for my own enjoyment, but it does me good to realise that what I have to say is important to others. 					<description><![CDATA[Hi. I wanted to de-lurk for a moment and say thank you.  I wound up following a link one day to one of your posts, I cant remember from where, and kept coming back after that.  I am an older women who finally decided to become  healthy and lean instead of being one giant jelly roll.  I will never train or lift at the intensity of you or the weightlifters you post about, but they are still helpful and encouraging to someone like me.  I want to say thank you for this video and post about plowing through the suck. It came at just the right time.  Keep writing please, I enjoy reading your posts.  ]]></description>
