Getting rid of welfare payments to them would be a good start. Not letting them into the country in the first place would be an even better one. In this respect the Australian government has been way ahead of most others, in that at least the Aussies have the balls to stop people from trying to enter their country illegally. (For the moment, anyway- let's just see what happens when the next leftist idiot gains power.)
