Having lived in china several years now, I can honestly say that having spent the last two years in a midsized city in gujarat , I did not get hard for a woman even once. And I mean even with their clothes off.
I think its a combination of a few things:
1) Vegetarianism and a cultural worship of physical weakness.
2) Inbreeding: For muslims, sanctified by religion, for HIndus : the endogamy of slaves. it is a culture that has tried to protect its women from invading conquerors for millenia now. That has gone hand in hand with strict endogamy. A culture without aesthetic romantic concepts. just the grinding struggle of poverty and material wealth matched monogamy. Arranged marriages and weak parents.
3) poor genetic stock, 40% of india is the aboriginese of australia, so less evolved beings. Poor iq is correlated with low beauty standards and a complete lack of the esthetic sense.
4) A right wing revivalism along with imported feminism. Only in India!

The disadvantage there is that women of Indian origin in the West have absorbed the absolute worst of the toxic stew of Western social justice and intersectional ideology and combined it with their own culture’s very rigid caste-oriented belief systems and attitudes. This is not a healthy combination.

Exercise culture is not common in modern-day India. It is becoming more so among the middle classes, but overall, Indian culture idealises the sedentary life as something to aspire toward.
